These chocolate and kiwi popsicles are a fantastic snack during work or school and they make a great alternative to a regular popsicle on a summer's day. A refreshing treat to have at anytime of the day, decorate them with nuts, coconut or sprinkles!

  1. Cut the kiwis into round circles, around 1 inch of thickness. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Add popsicle sticks to the bottom of the circles and freeze for at least one hour.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a bowl over hot water. Remember to mix thoroughly. Leave to cool to room temperature.
  3. Take the kiwi pops out of the freezer and dip them in the chocolate, fully or halfway. They should turn crispy straight away so serve immediately or refreeze for later. Decorate with coconut, nuts or white chocolate.
