- 1 banana large, frozen
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder/raw cacao
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 dates pitted and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 2 cups almond milk
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
