This is an icy delight for a warm summer's day or for anyone that enjoys their cool milkshakes. A mixture of great flavours, coffee, chocolate and caramel! Ready in the blink of an eye, there's no reason why you wouldn't want to whip up one of these caramel mocha milshakes.
- Brew the coffee and set aside to cool in the fridge.
- Add the coffee to 2 cups of chocolate ice cream and blend until smooth. Continue adding ice cream until the desired thickness is reached.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce on the inside of the glass, fill it with milkshake and top with whipped cream and more sauce.
