Raspberry and Chocolate Power Smoothie Recipe

A great way to start your morning, or the perfect snack to have if you're feeling hungry, our cocoa power smoothie will tickle those taste buds. Ready in just 5 minutes, how can you say no?
- 1 cup raspberries frozen
- 1/2 avocado pitted
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder/raw cacao
- 1/2 teaspon sea salt
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2-3 Medjool dates (or substitute 2-3 tablespoons of honey)
- Slice up any ingredients to make it easier to blend.
- Add everything to a blender for around 2 minutes, until the consistency you prefer is reached.
